4 Months!!!

Can you believe it? (I certainly can't) Gray is 4 Months old!
The last four months have flown by, but not without a bunch of big mile stones...
~Rolling over...back to front AND front to back
~Giggling...its the cutest noise in the world!
~Sleeping through the night....and when I say through the night I mean 12-13 hours!
~Eating....Rice cereal, she thinks its yummy! (pics blow)

We don't have our 4 month appointment until the 28th, but I had the chance to weigh Gray the other day..a whooping 13 lbs. 3 ounces!!
I cant wait to see how long she is, Im telling you this girl is going to be a tall one.
I know that this month will go by as fast (or faster) than the last, but we are trying to capture every wonderful blessing that we witness through our little girl. I can not wait to see what happens next...

On the agenda for Grays fourth month: A trip to Iowa (Grays first at the pig farm for girls weekend), A whole weekend away (OU/TX, Grays staying with Grammy and Ompa), and another trip to Tulsa.

4 Months Old!!
Big Girl, Big blue eyes!!

Its YUMMY!
Delish!
Decisions, decisions...

Boomer Sooner Baby!

Sooner Born, Sooner Bred!
Its football time again in Oklahoma, and we couldn't be more excited!
Even though Gray didn't get to go to the first game, and probably won't make it to one THIS season, she LOVES to show her sooner pride.
As of now we have two season tickets, but we'll have to work on getting a third, cause this girl is already a HUGE Sooner fan!
Sooners are already 2 for 2, I feel a GREAT year coming on.
BOOMER SOONER!
#1 Sooner Fan
Giggles!
We are in a big smiling/giggling phase, and I love it! She has the sweetest giggle EVER!
Rah Oklahoma, Rah Oklahoma, Rah Oklahoma....OKU!

A Great Idea, and Deal for YOU!

**all images above I borrowed from "The Hostess with the Mostess".....and she is! If you don't believe me check out her blog (www.hostessblog.com), trust me you'll be hooked :)

I ran into a friend who was interested in doing this for her daughters birthday, and asked if Id be interested...the answer was YES!
I actually LOVE this idea, Im going to invest in some permanent props (I love the chalk board word bubbles, and painted frames!) that I would have available for parties. I think giving families a photo as a party favor is such a fun idea and a great "Thank You" for coming!

At this time I am still trying to build my portfolio and I am offering a great deal on family/kid sessions ($150 session with at least 10-15 edited images, more depending on the number of people. You can then either purchase prints through me or buy the right to the CD for $50!!! Its a great deal and wont last long!) so thought Id offer a great deal for this fun party option as well...

$200 for the party photographer and use of props, discounted 5x7's for you to purchase as party favors, and a link to share with party goers where they can view/order the parties images. I will also throw in a CD of some of YOUR families images...HOLY COW thats a steal!
I think that this would also be so fun for holiday parties!
Let me know if you are interested or would like more information

I am also offering fall mini sessions, perfect for halloween images...$100 for session, with option to buy prints, or $150 for session and CD!
Hope to see you all soon!

Giraffe obsessed!

Lately we have been loving giraffes around our house. The obsession started with Grays "Sophie" giraffe toy (they are great for chewing, you can get one at Tiny Tulips in Norman). Gray absolutely LOVES chewing on hers, Sophie goes everywhere with us. One day I was calling the giraffes horns "horns" and after a debate on whether they were actually "horns" or "antenna" we decided to look it up....we discovered they are actually called ossicones, a word my daughter will learn at an early age, I mean I cant have her using the wrong terminology! A few days later after fretting about what she will be for Halloween, I "fell" into the Gap (okay, okay, I frequent the place, its a weakness of mine!) and found this:

Really??? How cute is this??? So...I bought it! Im going to add a pink bow by the ear so it is clear that this is a GIRL giraffe! I cant wait to post pics, I just KNOW that its going to be presh!
this is "Sophie" the Giraffe, if you have a little one, this is a must!
We also just discovered that Grays favorite pink blanket from PB that her Aunt and Uncle gave her at birth also has a giraffe on it, and its GRAY! How fortuitous!
Halloween pics to follow....in October.....much closer to Halloween :)
