First Birthday, Part Three: Gifts Galore!

Wow! Was our little lady showered with the most amazing gifts! The greatest gift that she received was having everyone there to help her celebrate. Thank you all again for coming and giving Gray such wonderful toys to play with....trust me every one of them is getting played with non-stop!

Uncle Nick, Angela, and Nora got Gray a Eames elephant, but thought it would be funny to trick me and make me think it was just a big box for Gray to play with!

She LOVED the big empty box, and still does...almost as much as she loved the real elephant

First Birthday, Post Two: Having her cake and eating it too!

There were so many "sweet" things about Grays birthday, but one of the sweetest were the treats that we got for everyone to have.

The smash cake and cupcakes were made by Amy at Amy cakes...Shes the best! I love that she did both our wedding cake and our little girls first birthday cake. Feels like a new tradition if you ask me :)

The amazing cookie pops, and butterfly cookies were made by a friend of mind that has just started her own treat business. (let me know if you want her contact info., she does amazing cookies and cake balls, yum!)

Gray loved her cake and the cookies! I think everyone else enjoyed them too!

I really thought shed go to town on the cake, but she was more delicate about it. Dont get me wrong she ate her fare share of sugar! This girl loved her cake, and eating it too!

First Birthday, Post one: Pretty Ponies!

All right people, get ready!! I decided to break the birthday blog posts up due to the massive amount of pictures I want to post.

Grays first birthday was Monday, and we had her party on Sunday. She had the best time and was spoiled with all kinds of great gifts and the love of all her friends and family. We could not have asked for a better day!

This first post is all about the ponies! We "rented" one pony for the kids to ride and the great couple that owns LaMunyon Carriage Company decided to not only bring the mommy, Daphine, but also her baby Ziggy. They were both so cute and the kids loved riding/petting/brushing the ponies. I know that Gray probably wont remember the ponies, but the other kids had such a great time, and she will have all the pictures to look at.
