A few weekends before Christmas, Norman held their annual Christmas parade. It was a little chilly, but after awhile the sun came out and it warmed up. Last year was absolutely freezing!! It was so fun that Gray actually got the whole parade thing, and since there was candy involved...she was in! We ended up staying for the whole 1 1/2 hour parade...again, I think the candy helped!

It took quite awhile for the start of the parade to reach us. Thankfully there was a sweet little dog that held Grays attention for a few minutes. Nothing keeps her interest for long these days!

being the great parents we are...we went ahead and let Gray have a twix...at 10...am...yup, were awesome like that!

About half way through Gray was given a second bag...great, another bag to fill with candy!
Carrying these two bags is HARD work!
Thanks Norman for the wonderful parade. I love seeing all the organizations and groups that come out to help ring in the holiday. I love this town :)
*being the smart parents that we are we pawned off 90% of the candy to a sweet girl that was standing by us. Gray didn't even notice, as long as she had her "purses" and a few pieces she was happy!
