Party girl!

Gray had a few parties that she was going to this Saturday, a Matilda Jane clothing party a friend of mine hosted (trust me Gray made out like a bandit!) and her best friend Hadlees first birthday party (pics to come). I had bought this outfit for her at Gap and loved it! I thought the little bit of sparkle in the gold stripes made it the perfect festive outfit for this festive day! Maybe a little biased but I thought she looked too cute not to take a few pics!
Sweetest face!
The look I know Ill see a hundred more times in my life, its the
"are you serious mother?" look!!
strike a pose
monkey face and a big yawn!!
Hope you all had a great weekend too!
We are looking so forward to next weekend and the 4th of July!!!!

Happy 1 month baby Gray!

The 16th marked a month since Gray was born...I can not begin to tell you how fast those 4 weeks flew by, and since Ive been lazy, another one has come and gone and shes 5 weeks!!! It has been amazing watching her grow (so fast!) and learning to live life in a whole new way. She has blessed our lives in more ways than we can begin to explain and we are looking forward to the rest of this amazingadventure that has merely just begun!
The 16th of June was also our 3 year wedding anniversary! Talk about flying by....
(and to think that its been 8 since we started dating!) Joey I love you a million times more today than I did we got married and a million times less than I know I will in years to come. Thank you fir sharing your life with me and making mine complete!
Happy 1 month Gray!!!!
It has been a long, amazing, tiring, joyful, exhausting, beautiful 4 weeks....heres to many more
(want a cute "Chalk me up" sign for your little one? I make and sell them! Let me know ;))

Sweet face
The loves of my life....makes my heart melt!

Its almost time!!!

Miss Grays room!! Where she will lay her sweet
little head :)
The changing table and closet and another shot of her crib
I LOVE this collection of paintings made for me and Gray by Miss Jenny!
The wall above her crib!
Just a TINY part of Grays book collection and the amazing hippos my mom (Grammy) knit!
Diaper bag (that I LOVE!) and the boppy packed
and ready to go!
The side wall of her room
One of my favorite gifts, a fun bright pull toy from some great family friends

Can you believe that this was almost TWO weeks ago!!!!
This Tuesday (May 11th) Ill be 40 weeks! I'm guessing that we'll make it till Tuesday, so Ill update with a 40 week pic (and I promise it won't be two weeks late)
The doctor has decided that we are going to give nature as long as we can to let Gray come on her own so we aren't inducing until the 17th (Monday, 6 days after my due date)
We just keep praying that she will come into the world on her own and when she's ready!
We can't wait for her to join our little family, and can't wait to hug and kiss her sweet face!
We will keep you posted

Its way been TOO long!

WOW! It has been too long since I have blogged last. I am now 37 weeks (well as of tomorrow 4-20) I have had three of the BEST showers ever, we got the garden all planted, (well, minus a few plants) and we had our pictures taken by a dear friend so we could remember this special time!

Here are a few of my favorite from our shoot with Taylor

Check out her site at http://www.tayloredphotography.com/

My 36 week picture!

Garden Planting!

We planted onions (green and white), garlic, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, and my weird plants (see pics below)

We also still have strawberries, squash, zucchini, tomatoes and cantaloupe that we planned on planting this weekend, but TOTALLY got rained out, Yuck!

Joey planting the garlic.....

Carrots and lettuce....

Making perfect rows....

My weird plants... Joey said I am no longer allowed to go help shop for plants, he said I am like having a kid because I get excited over silly things like these funny plants. Hey, I cant help that I'm a sucker for cute signs.....

Peanut plant, and spaghetti squash (not pictured, the "Homerly tomato" basically a tomato plant that grows ugly wrinkly tomatoes!

The nursery is ALMOST done, I cant wait to post pics later this week!!

Be watching!!!
